Happy to introduce myself — I’m Rani Dhanda, and I specialise in training and consultancy, helping individuals and organisations develop the skills and understanding needed to create inclusive and equitable environments

For over a decade, I’ve worked with non-profits, corporations, and universities to help create spaces where everyone feels welcome, valued, and included. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Equality and Discrimination, which provides me with both a broad and deep understanding of how discrimination operates in different contexts

I'm passionate about challenging and eliminating discriminatory practices. As a woman and a person of colour, I’ve experienced prejudice first-hand—sometimes through ignorance, and at other times through deeply held biases. I draw on both personal experience and professional expertise to foster better understanding and stronger relationships between diverse groups, helping to ease tensions and encourage lasting change.

While the benefits of diverse and inclusive workplaces are widely recognised, traditional training methods have often fallen short. More and more people are now seeking fresh, meaningful approaches to drive real progress in diversity and inclusion—and that’s where I come in
