FAQ
Not every firm is ready for this work. And not every training provider is right for every firm.
This page will help you work out whether Inclusion Junction is the right fit for you - before you book anything

THIS WORKS BEST FOR FIRMS WHERE ONE OR MORE OF THESE WILL SOUND FAMILIAR:
Leaders were promoted for technical excellence and are now managing more complex, mixed teams without much formal support for the people side of the role
The firm has grown and the informal culture that worked at ten people isn't holding at twenty or thirty
There are capable people in the team who aren't progressing as expected, and nobody is quite sure why
Client relationships feel more complex than they used to - more cultural and generational variety in the room, and leaders who aren't always confident navigating that
People issues tend to be managed reactively - addressed when they escalate rather than handled early
The firm values fairness and wants to lead well, but "diversity training" feels like the wrong answer
If two or more of those land, this work is likely a strong fit.

THIS IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF
You are looking for a one-off awareness session to tick a compliance box
You want HR policy advice or employment law guidance
You need a large-scale organisational EDI audit or strategy programme
You are looking for the cheapest option available
There is no appetite at leadership level to examine how decisions are currently being made
We would rather be honest about this upfront than waste your time or ours.

COMMON QUESTIONS BEFORE BOOKING
We already do annual equality and diversity training. How is this different?
Most equality and diversity training builds awareness. It explains why inclusion matters and covers the relevant legal framework. That work has its place.
What it rarely does is change what a leader actually does in the moment - when a difficult conversation arrives, when a decision needs to be made under pressure, when something happens in a meeting and nobody is sure how to respond.
That is the gap we work in. If your current training is already changing behaviour in those moments, you probably don't need us. If it isn't, we might be exactly what's missing.

Our team is fairly settled. Is this still relevant?
Settled teams still have dynamics. Work allocation, feedback, progression, client assignment - these decisions happen in every firm, every week. The question is whether they are being made on the basis of what people can do, or on the basis of assumptions that have never been examined.
The firms that benefit most from this work are often the ones that believe they've already got this right.

We don't have budget for a full programme right now.
The taster session is free and takes around 90 minutes. It is designed to give your leadership team a direct experience of the work before any financial commitment is made.
If after the taster session a full programme isn't the right next step, that's a completely legitimate outcome. The session has value in its own right.

How long does a full programme take?
The number of sessions is agreed with you based on what will make the most difference. There is no fixed programme sold off a shelf. Most firms we work with see meaningful behaviour change within three to four sessions.

Is this only for firms with obvious diversity issues?
No. In fact the firms where this work has the most impact are often the ones where nothing obvious has gone wrong - yet. The patterns that lead to good people leaving, client relationships stalling, or teams underperforming rarely announce themselves early. They accumulate quietly. This work helps leaders see and address them before the cost becomes visible.

TAKE THE ASSESSMENT
Not sure where your firm stands?
Our free three-minute leadership assessment helps you identify where your leaders are most confident - and where the blind spots are most likely to be showing up.

If this feels like the right fit, the next step is a free taster session. No obligation. No sales pitch. Just a direct experience of the work.
