About the Team
1
I’m Rani Dhanda, founder of Inclusion Junction. I help managers become confident, fair and emotionally intelligent leaders — the kind who reduce conflict, retain staff and build teams that work well together. My training turns inclusion into practical behaviour so workplaces don’t just change policy — they change culture.
Over the past two decades I’ve designed and delivered development programmes for universities, charities and SMEs, supporting leaders to communicate better, make fair decisions and create spaces where people speak up rather than withdraw. Clients tell me they leave with clarity, language and tools they can use immediately — not policies that sits on a shelf.
My background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Equality and Discrimination, and over ten years as a Board Member with Positive Action in Housing — experience that’s grounded my work in real-world inequality, migration and the impact of exclusion on performance and well-being. I bring lived understanding of cultural difference, while partnering with experts in disability, neurodiversity, ADHD, mental health and gender inclusion to ensure that every programme is wider than one lens.
My role is to help organisations move from intention to measurable improvement — stronger team relationships, better communication, lower staff friction, increased confidence in handling difference. When inclusion is done well, people stay, contribute and thrive. And so does the organisation.
If your goal is real behaviour change, not tick-box inclusion, that’s where I come in.

Rachel Timmoney
Rachel is an ADHD Coach, Mentor, Trainer, and Advocate whose work centres on trauma-informed, compassionate, and neurodivergent-first support.
With almost a decade of experience as an NHS Health Visitor — alongside earlier years as a ward nurse — she brings both clinical understanding and lived experience as a neurodivergent parent to her practice.
Rachel founded ADHD Coaching to create safe, validating spaces where people can explore their identity, unlearn shame, regulate their nervous system and develop supportive routines that honour their strengths and challenges.
Her approach is collaborative, culturally aware, and grounded in gentle pacing. She supports adults, families, and organisations in building environments where neurodivergent people can genuinely thrive.
