About the team
1
I’m Rani Dhanda, founder of Inclusion Junction. I work with SME leaders and managers on people leadership in practice. Helping them lead with confidence, fairness, and clarity so teams function well, conflict is handled early, and people stay.
Over the past two decades, I’ve supported leaders across universities, charities, and SMEs to communicate clearly, make fair decisions, and lead people well in everyday situations. Clients consistently tell me they leave with clarity, language, and practical tools they can use immediately, not policies that sit on a shelf.
My background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Equality and Discrimination and over ten years as a Board Member with Positive Action in Housing. This experience grounds my work in a real understanding of inequality, migration, and how exclusion shows up in workplaces. It also informs my practical, calm approach to leadership rather than ideology or theory.
While I remain responsible for the programme outcomes, I work alongside trusted specialists in areas such as disability, neurodiversity, ADHD, mental health, and gender inclusion where this adds depth and relevance. All specialist input is integrated into everyday leadership behaviour, not treated as standalone topics.
My role is to help organisations move from intention to measurable improvement. Stronger team relationships, clearer communication, reduced people issues, and greater confidence in handling difference.
If you are looking for real behaviour change rather than tick-box inclusion, this is where my work fits.
