How We Teach Inclusive Leadership
We use realistic team-leader scenarios so participants can practise responding to difference, bias, and everyday team challenges. You won’t sit through long presentations—you’ll take part in interactive exercises, case studies, and scenario-based discussions that help the learning stick.
Expect role-play and group work so you can try out inclusive leadership behaviours in a safe, supportive space. Every exercise is tailored to your sector and your team, and reflects the kinds of situations line managers and team leaders face in small organisations.
During the session, you’ll work through actual workplace examples such as:
  • a team member feeling overlooked
  • a recruitment or task-allocation decision
  • a comment that lands badly or feels like a micro-aggression
  • informal social events that leave people out
We also use realistic scenarios including situations where a colleague raises concerns about being ignored in meetings, or when a manager keeps choosing the person who “feels familiar”.
By the end, all participants will leave with practical behaviours, clearer decision-making approaches, and a mini action plan they can immediately use back at work.
We understand that organisations often need support at different levels. Our core training strengthens the day-to-day people skills of team leaders and line managers. But some organisations also need guidance on fair recruitment, policy reviews, or wider audit and consultancy support. To meet these varied needs, we offer a range of courses and services, so you can choose the option that aligns with your priorities and the level of support you want.

Our courses run frequently throughout the year. If you book a session and can’t make it, there’s no need to worry — you’re welcome to join another time slot that suits you
